The Problem:

Phone-based, Human dependent CRM and customer onboarding operations with work from office culture

The Solution:

We rapidly developed a system to automate the process end-to-end from lead generation, KYC, customer onboarding and compliance to enable remote working of the operations, during the pandemic.

The confidence of the implantation of systems in a remote work environment, enabled Derivium & its group company, Genev, to roll out many technically challenging modifications to its existing softwares & also roll out a new software for regulatory KYC led compliances.

This was followed by an inter-linkage of 3 live running softwares, to increase the efficiency of all of them, and freeing up the critical time pressures all of us have faced in WFH environment. All this was done in a live working environment through mirror servers and testing with real time simulations and data.
