Harrier developed an Electronic Medical records (EMR) Application for Cosmetic surgeries to gather physician and their patient's information in the line of procedure. The stages for procedure are: Pre-Treatment, Treatment, Follow up, Duration Complaint, Adverse event.
The main requirement was to develop a system for data capturing and report generation in a secured manner:

- Solution: The Procedure Registry is a Web 2.0 application developed to facilitate the recording of cosmetic surgery procedures carried out in the UK. Its purpose is to monitor the clinical effects and to report trends in the use of VRF and to maintain these records as a basis for research. The registry is intended to facilitate the uniform recording of all aspects of VRF treatment.
