Harrier is an integration partner for the DigiLocker developed by NeGD (National e-Governance Division, India). DigiLocker is one of the key parts of the Digital India Program. Harrier provide secure Online Document Storage & Retrieval facility.
DigiLocker provides a virtual vault on the cloud for the safe-keep and sharing of documents. Digital Locker is aimed at minimizing the usage of physical documents and enable sharing of e-documents across agencies. The sharing of the e-documents will be done through registered repositories thereby ensuring the authenticity of the documents online. Residents can also upload their own electronic documents and digitally sign them using the e-sign facility. These digitally signed documents can be shared with Government organizations or other entities.
DigiLocker system is now counted as a successful part of Digital India campaign. Harrier can integrate your present application with the DigiLocker that will enable your customers to easily share documents. We can also help organizations create their own repositories under DigiLocker system or develop a gateway to access documents across repositories.

Issuers – by becoming registered issuer an organization can issue documents & certificates like marksheet, certificates, policies, licenses etc. to the user digitally on DigiLocker.
Requesters – with a registered requester an organization can access authentic digital documents & certificates like Aadhar, PAN etc. stored on DigiLocker by the user.
