Amit Badiyani is a seasoned IT professional and Technology entrepreneur with extensive expertise in developing software solutions for global financial services and healthcare Industries. Over the years, he has delivered solutions for Equity Products (On-line Trading system, Equity Indices, Straight through Processing, portfolio management), Debt products (Structured Finance), Publishing Systems, Electronic Medical Health records, Medical Procedure recording applications and testing of healthcare apps. He has handled multiple projects at the same time.
He has extensive international exposure having managed delivery onsite and also supported international customers from different geographies from offshore. Amit has successfully developed solutions on different technical platforms like Java, .Net, and mobile platforms like iOS. Amit has spoken at conferences and seminars organized by CII, TiE and VMA. Amit is a physics graduate from Nagpur University and has undergone a 2 year Diploma in IT from NIIT, one of India's premier IT training Institute.
Manish Badiyani is a Director on the board of Harrier. Manish has over 20 years of experience in industries like real estates, construction and IT. Manish takes care of infrastructure requirements of the company helping in smooth scaling of operations. He is also involved in policy decisions of the company. Manish is a graduate in commerce from Nagpur University.
Sanjay has done his MBA in Business Management and BA (Sanskrit). In the past, he has mentored brands like ICICI, Airtel, Tata Indicom, Nestle, Grindwell Master, Osborne Lippert, Bosch, Harrier, Godrej & Boyce and many more. Sanjay is a visiting faculty at IIM, Kolkota and has to his credit books like 'Beg, Borrow or Sell' and 'The Grass is Always Green'. He has working experience with brands like Eureka Forbes, Chevron and PH Management Consultants spread across countries like India, Western Africa and USA.
Sanjay is an avid golfer, a keen theatre artist and loves to make front line sales calls with freshers who are trying to pick up the science behind the art of selling. Theatrical simulation as a pedagogy tool to promote experiential learning amongst his students is very popular amongst peers.
Hiren is a business-cum-technology leader with more than 22 years of experience in capital Markets and IT, a rare combination. In all his prior engagements, he was regarded as a prudent business leader, balancing the needs of businesses with innovations supported by technology. In the past, Hiren has held many Senior Management positions including as a CIO of CRISIL Ltd., a Subsidiary of S & P.
As an IT leader, he has led many initiatives which have become case studies like Data Center consolidation, IT Infrastructure standardization, Virtualization, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity, Agile based S/w development and ISO 27001 certification. In Information Security, he is considered a pioneer as he started the practice of going through regular penetration testing and vulnerability assessment long before it became a standard practice. He also led to successful implementation of DLP and IRM.
He is also known for building automation solutions and electronic products in the area of equity, fixed income, mutual funds and credit risk management with a unique approach to design, which enabled them to scale easily. Hiren has been invited to share his views on technology and capital markets at various forums including seminars, media publications and also as visiting faculty at IIM (Ahmedabad), a premier Management Institution in India.
Hiren graduated as a Physics and Electronics major from Mumbai University and then qualified as a Chartered Accountant (equivalent to CPA in US). He is also a CISA and CGEIT. Hiren strongly believes in customer satisfaction and high quality of delivery.
Ajay K. Sanghi has a Master's degree in Computer Engineering. He has worked with the R&D team of leading Telecommunication companies in USA. He has developed a very comprehensive EDI suite , which significantly simplifies complex EDI requirement, reduce EDI implementation cost.
Large companies and government are using EDI technology for seamlessly integrating their trading partner community to improve operating efficiency, reduce transaction cost and be more competitive. Ajay is very proud of his corporate social responsibility (CSR) program, which is based on Mahatma Gandhi's 'Swadeshi' principles; and aims at improving the employability of its nearest deprived 'Takiya', a slum of about 5000 household in Nagpur.
Suhas Kulkarni is a voracious reader with over 16 years of experience in all aspects of Human Resources management. He set–up the HR department of Leading Edge Systems (later known as Trigyn technologies) in 1994 where he joined as Deputy General Manager when the company was 35 people and contributed in its growth to the strength of 350+ in 2002. Before that, he worked with Patni Group of companies (1980-1994) as Manager, commercial. Suhas has done B. Sc. from Mumbai University and D. H. R.M. from NMIMS, Mumbai.
