Shweta heads the QA group, she has completed her Engineering in Computer Technology from Nagpur University. She has more than 3 years of IT experience in Testing and has experience on both Manual and Automation Testing.

Rishi Sahu
Head of Sales
Rishi heads the sales group at Harrier. He has rich experience of over 11 years. He started his career by selling IT products and services. He has worked for IT majors like Microsoft, Dell, Verizon, Wipro, and EDS an HP company. He carries global knowledge of IT and ITES business practices.

Manish Sawankar
Head of Human Resources
Manish heads the Human Resources management group at Harrier. He has more than 4 years of experience in the field of HR management and is a MBA topper from Nagpur University. Manish started his career with Saint Gobain group. He has implemented at Harrier the best practices in Human Resources management. He brings a process driven approach along with his professional experience at Harrier.

Ashish Ingole
Head of Processes
Ashish is responsible for development and maintenance of software engineering processes at Harrier. He has done engineering and MBA in marketing from Nagpur University. Ashish started his career with NJ India Investments as a software programmer. He has more than 4 years of experience in developing solutions for financial services industry and has keen interest in process driven approach to software development.

Ritesh Khobragade
Head of IT Infrastructure
Ritesh is a Computer Engineer from Nagpur University with more than 5 years of experience in the industry. He has successfully completed CCNA, MCP, RHCE certifications. He started his career with Adi Graphics as a Customer Support Engineer before joining Harrier at the time of its inception.
