He is a visionary entrepreneur with vast experience of more than 35 years in various industries like real estate, construction, retail, manufacturing and IT. He is the motivating and guiding force behind Harrier.

Over the past two decades, Mr. Jain has held senior management positions with leading technology companies in US, Japan and India. Dinesh has lived and worked in 8 countries across 4 continents. He brings to Harrier 25 years of experience gained from holding executive positions at technology companies ranging from start-ups to global giants. Dinesh has worked as Representative Director (CEO) at Quinnox K.K, President and CEO at AmSoft Information Services Pvt. Ltd, and Vice President (Asia Pacific) at IMR Inc. Presently he is Founder and CEO of AAGAMI INC. at Naperville, IL, USA. He is an MBA from Department of Business Management, Nagpur University, and completed his Bachelor of Engineering from the Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, Nagpur, India. He was a Keynote Speaker at E2Commerce in APAC at Taipei in 2001 and is a founder of Indo Japan Software Forum - Tokyo 1991.

Amit has more than 15 years of experience in developing solutions for financial services industry and has successfully implemented many mission critical systems in record time. He has worked with Trigyn Technologies (Formerly Leading Edge Systems) and Lambent Technologies where he led straight through processing (STP) initiatives. Amit has worked with clients like Standard and Poor's, ABN AMRO Asia Equities, ICICI securities, CRISIL and India Index Services & Products. He has delivered customized solutions like Index computation systems to calculate S&P 500, Front office trading system for trading on National Stock Exchange of India, Back office integration for an institutional broker dealer with Oasys Global, System for publishing equity research reports. Amit is bachelor in science from Institute Of Science, Nagpur.

Manish Badiyani is a young entrepreneur and Director of Harrier. He has more than 12 years of experience in industries like real estates, construction, infrastructure and IT. Manish takes care of all the infrastructure requirements of the company helping in smooth scaling of operations. He is also involved in policy decisions of the Company. Manish is a graduate in commerce from Nagpur University.

Archana Sepaha heads the US Operations of Harrier. She is responsible for the overall company operations in the US and the development of organizational infrastructure. Ms. Sepaha has over 12 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry in positions of growing responsibilities. She has built strong relationships within the pharmaceutical and the clinical trial industry. She has provided services to the big pharmas such as HoffMan La Roche, Bristol Myers-Quibb and Merck and also to companies in the clinical trial data management space such as Covance and Medidata solutions. She has also worked with the teams from leading biologics like Genzym and Imclone.

Dr. Aditya Jain is an Assistant Professor of Operations at the Indian School of Business. The primary area of his current research is various theoretical and practical aspects of stochastic inventory management. Other research interests include issues in Operations-Finance Interface: Operations with Financed/Leased Capacity and the pricing of Third Party Logistic services. Prior to obtaining his doctoral degree in Operations Management from the University of Rochester, Simon School of Business, Professor Jain worked in the Indian automotive industry. As a part of Supply Chain Management, Strategic Business Group of Tata Auto Component Systems, he carried out several projects in logistics (between automotive OEM and key component suppliers), productivity improvement and quality management.
